How to Make a Calendar from Your Data
A calendar view places your records on a month grid by their date, so a content schedule, an event list, or a set of deadlines becomes something you can see at a glance. In ZenBuild it's just another view of a table you already have.
Step-by-step guide
Start with a date column
A calendar plots records by a date column, so open a table that has one, or add a date column and fill it in. Each row that has a date will appear on that day.
Add a Calendar view
Click the Add view button in the view tabs and choose Calendar. Pick the date column to plot by. Your records arrange onto a month grid, each shown on its day. Color your events with a single-select column so categories stand out.
Manage records on the calendar
Click a day to add a record set to that date, or click an event to open the full record and edit any field. Drag an event to another day to change its date. Every change updates the underlying record and shows in your grid and other views.
