A CRM is really just a well-organized database of people and deals. With ZenBuild Tables you can build one in an afternoon: track contacts and deals, move deals through a pipeline on a kanban board, capture leads with a form, and automate follow-ups.
Start a Contacts table with columns like Name, Email, Phone, and Company. Add a Deals table with a Deal name, an Amount (number, currency format), a Stage single-select (Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Won, Lost), and a Link to record column pointing at Contacts. Turn the link two-way so each contact lists their deals.

Add a Kanban view to the Deals table grouped by the Stage column. Each stage becomes a column and each deal a card you drag from Lead toward Won as it progresses. Add a Rollup on Contacts to total the value of each contact's deals.

Turn on the form view for the Contacts table to get a public link. Put it on your site or in an email, and each submission lands as a new contact row with no manual entry. See the form-to-table guide for details.
Add automations so the CRM works for you: email a rep when a deal is assigned to them, post to Slack when a deal reaches Won, or send a reminder when a follow-up date arrives. Automations require the Business plan.
