How to Collect Form Responses in a Table
Every ZenBuild table comes with a built-in form view. Turn it on to get a shareable link that anyone can fill out, and each submission lands as a new row in your table, ready to sort, filter, and view as a board or chart.
Step-by-step guide
Enable the form view
Open your table and turn on the form view from the table's view options. ZenBuild generates a public form based on your columns, with a unique link. Choose which columns appear and tidy up their labels so the form reads well to whoever fills it out.
Share the form link
Copy the form's public link and share it however you like: email, chat, a button on your site, or a QR code. Anyone with the link can submit without an account. The form is rate-limited and respects your plan's record limits, so it's safe to post publicly.
Collect responses as rows
Each submission appears as a new record in your table almost instantly. From there it's just data: sort and filter it in the grid, group it on a kanban board, or chart it. Because responses are regular records, you can edit them, add internal-only columns the form doesn't show, and export everything to CSV.
