A sign-up sheet works when it's easy to find and impossible to overbook. ZenBuild gives you two ways to run one: a simple sign-up with a spot limit for a single event, or time slots where each shift has its own capacity and closes when it's full. Either way, people sign up from a link with no account.
Spot limits
Cap how many people can sign up and the page shows how many spots are left. Free on every plan.
Shifts with their own capacity
On Pro, add time slots with a capacity each. A slot closes when it's full and can't be double-booked.
Confirmations with calendar files
People who sign up get a confirmation email with a calendar file for their spot or shift.
