How to Send Online Invitations and Track RSVPs

Step-by-step guide
Create an event
Open Events and choose New event. Give it a name, then set the date and time, or mark it as to be decided. Add the place, the hosts, the cost, and a spot limit if you need one.
Design the invite
Pick a theme (gradients, patterns, animated backgrounds, or your own colors), choose a headline font, and add a cover photo. The editor shows the invite exactly as guests will see it.
Publish and share the link
Publish the event to get its invite link, then share it in a group chat, by email, or on social. On Pro, you can import a guest list and email every guest a personal link instead.
Track RSVPs
Guests answer Going, Maybe, or Can't go and say how many seats they need. Replies show up in the guest list right away, and you get an email for each one. Guests who leave an email get a confirmation and reminders before the event.
Start from a template
Tips
- Turn on Hide until RSVP to show only the venue name until a guest responds
- Set a spot limit and the invite shows how many spots are left
- Choose when reminders go out (a week, a day, or an hour before) in the editor
- Run a date poll first if you're not sure which day works
